  On Sunday March 4th I was on call for my skilled nursing facility. Our nursing staff must have access to our electronic health record software 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. My staff contacted me at home stating there was no access to our software database in our generic user profile. I came to the facility to discover this was true. I contacted your weekend on-call technician Steve who was able to diagnose the problem as a corrupt group user policy and was able to remedy it in a timely and cordial manner. The professionalism exhibited by the TechGen staff is consistent in every encounter I have had with them in resolving minor to major problems. I tip my hat to the entire crew.
