Tier I: Basic Network/Server Maintenance
Our alert-based monitoring of your servers allows us remotely monitor their health. We install critical updates and apply security patches. Any troubleshooting is done on “as needed” basis. This tier is where you decide to either perform support & repair yourself or get us involved to handle it.
We care about your IT environment and we want to resolve things quickly and efficiently for you. If you have a server in your network, at minimum this tier of support is required with all of our StressFree IT™ solutions, Including Limited StressFree IT™
Tier II: 24/7 Network/Server Maintenance & Management – Remote Support Only
This tier of support provides all the basic support within the Tier I solution, plus 24×7 monitoring and access to Help-desk Remote assistance when server troubleshooting is needed. We’ll first exhaust all options troubleshooting the issue remotely, then recommend the onsite support if necessary.
Tier III: 24/7 Network/Server Maintenance & Management – Managed Server Support
This is truly an “All Hands On Deck” server support solution. We manage it, we monitor it, we maintain it and we service it both onsite & remotely. You get reporting of our work, and call us whenever you identify something you’d like assistance with. We’ll take it from there! This tier of support is included with our Unlimited StressFree IT™ Solution.
All Remote & Onsite services in these tiers are delivered during our regular business hours, Monday – Friday 8a.m. – 5 p.m.
