We are looking for a Full Time – Remote Project Engineer.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm CT (may vary if needed).
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be involved in the scoping and execution of projects as assigned
• Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of client and company data
• Possess the ability to effectively describe problems or needs in order to resolve problems in a timely manner
• Provide timely customer support in a pleasant and helpful manner
• Continual improvement of processes and standards to provide a consistent client experience
• Meet the performance goals established by your direct supervisor
• Read, understand and follow all company and job-related policies and procedures
• Attend required company and departmental meetings
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Help Desk Support experience or similar
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
• Experience with Windows Server (Installing it, Migrating data from one to another, Creating VMs in Azure, Migrating data from an on-premise vm to an azure vm)
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Experience with Mac is a plus
• Reasoning/Analysis
• Works with Minimal Supervision
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to stay organized and multitask
• Ability to perform well under pressure
