Jasmin Phommavongsa | Computer Prep Technician
We are elated to welcome the newest member to our team of IT superheroes, Jasmin Phommavongsa!
Jasmin is our Computer Prep Technician here at TechGen. She’s one of our very skilled in-office experts, who brings 7+ years of experience in the technology industry (2 years of that in the technical support role and 5+ years in the customer support role). This experience has made her very well-versed in delivering outstanding customer service engagement.
During her lifetime here on this earth, technology has rapidly been growing; which is why Jasmin truly enjoys working in the IT industry. However, she mentions that she would love to see a more advanced holographic display and would love to help advance the process of achieving high-definition holographs.

Outside of working at TechGen, Jasmin loves trying new restaurants in the local area. She feels that there is a never-ending list of places on her list to try! Currently, Jasmin's favorite restaurant is Sanjusan. She mentions that if you love sushi, this omakase (chef’s choice) experience is like no other in Minnesota -- where you put the trust in the chefs who are preparing your meal.
