John Bordner is a Help Desk Engineer here at TechGen. He’s one of our dedicated in-house IT experts who brings 2+ years of experience in the technology industry. John is well-versed in delivering outstanding customer service engagement to small to medium-sized businesses.
John loves learning and getting to experience new technologies; and being able to use that knowledge to help people everyday. He also enjoys the thrill keeping up-to-date with the constantly changing landscape of technology. John mentions that he finds it engaging and rewarding to try to keep up and that there’s always room to grow and improve!
