He’s one of our dedicated remote IT experts from Fort Myers, Florida, who brings 22+ years of experience in the technology industry. Marshall is well-versed in delivering outstanding customer service engagement to small to medium-sized businesses.
Marshall loves learning and getting to experience new technology. He also enjoys the thrill of learning something new every day and being able to use that knowledge to help people.

Fun Facts:
Outside of working at TechGen, Marshall enjoys playing with his kids, drinking coffee and cooking. His favorite dish to cook is Chicken Parmesan (which is his favorite food). Marshall has 4 cats -- their names are Data, Tufts, Maggie and Jack. 😻
