Meet Matt Squicquero - one of our skilled IT superheroes who has dedicated 1 year to the TechGen team!
Matt is our Help Desk Technician in our IT Services Department here at TechGen. He’s one of our very skilled remote IT experts from Ohio, who brings 4+ years of experience in the technology industry. Matt is well-versed in delivering outstanding customer service engagement to small to medium-sized businesses.
Learning about computers and other technologies such as Cloud Computing is one of the many reasons why Matt enjoys working in the tech industry. “The field of Tech is always evolving,” says Squicquero. He also loves just helping people and feeling a sense of accomplishment when he resolves their IT issues.

Outside of working at TechGen, Matt enjoys playing video games (Apex Legends, Call of Duty, Cyberpunk 2077), going to the gym, and keeping up with the news (as best as he can). He's a huge fan of Mediterranean food and TexMex and he also has dog names Peanut!
