We are elated to welcome the newest member to our team of IT superheroes, Matthew Galvis!
Matthew is our Triage Technician here at TechGen. He’s one of our very skilled remote experts from Florida, who is new to the technology industry and eager to learn! Prior to joining our team, Matthew spent almost 10 years in the food service industry; from fast food to a restaurant.
The transition from the food service industry to the IT industry has been a huge change of pace. However, working with technology has always been an interest of Matthews and he personally loves the fact that he can work from the comfort of his home.

After spending 10 years in the food service industry, Matthew decided to switch careers -- He's currently in pursuit of earning technology certifications.
Fun Facts
Outside of working at TechGen, Matthew enjoys playing video games and cooking. Spicy chicken sandwiches are his favorite thing, but he says you can never go wrong with a nice juicy burger either. As for as his favorite restaurant goes, he’d have to say it’s this cafeteria style place called Picadilly that he used to go to with his family when he was a kid. Matthew also have 2 cats!
