Nick is our Lead T1 Helpdesk Technology Specialist in our IT Services Department here at TechGen. He’s one of our very skilled in-office IT experts, who brings 8+ years of experience in the technology industry. During this time he was able achieve great success and become very well-versed in delivering outstanding customer service.
Nick has always had a passion for technology and has always been an enthusiastic employee who loves to watch his team succeed. In his career thus far, Nick has found that IT is his ideal match as it continues to challenge him to think outside the box and explore different possibilities. As someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies, he has strived to stay up-to-date on industry trends so that he can use them to his advantage.

Outside of working at TechGen, Nick enjoys gardening, assembling and painting miniatures, playing tabletop games, and D&D.
Nick’s favorite food is beef stroganoff. He has one cat and one Crested Gecko and he also has several isopods and snails that live with the gecko.
