Richard is our Service Coordinator here at TechGen. He’s one of our very skilled hybrid experts from Minnesota, who brings 6+ years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining our team, Richard spent 5 years as a contactor. During this time he was able achieve great success and become very well-versed in delivering outstanding customer service.
Richard has always had a passion for technology. He says the communication between different the parts of the company is why he enjoys his job.

Outside of working at TechGen, Richard enjoys reading and playing video games. His favorite restaurant is Khan’s Mongolian Buffet and he also has a cat names Ash.🐱
