We are elated to welcome the newest member to our team of IT superheroes, Robert J Allen!
Robert is our Triage Technician here at TechGen. He’s one of our very skilled remote experts, who is new to the technology industry and eager to learn! Prior to joining our team, Robert spent almost 10+ years in the food service and fine dining industry.
Working with a wonderful team, making coworkers’ jobs easier, and helping people’s businesses run smoothly (not to mention the flexibility of being able to work remotely or in-office) is what Robert is looking forward to most with his new role here at TechGen. He is also looking forward to learning and being on the front of emerging technology!

Education
After some college credits and spending 10 years in the food service and fine dining industry, Robert decided to switch careers and join the IT world!
Fun Facts
Outside of working at TechGen, Robert loves to read, watch movies, and shows, and play video games. He also loves to cook and be outdoors where he can frequently camp and hike or garden and take care of plants. Robert also has a bunch of pets; 1 dog, 1 cat, 5 chickens, a bearded dragon, and a corn snake.
Because Robert has spent most of his adult life in the food service industry and he is constantly learning about new favorite dishes to cook, and new restaurants to enjoy, he says it’s nearly impossible for him to choose a favorite restaurant or food.
